This is my secret weapon; I Γ‘lways make it when I want to do something special, and EVERYONE always loves it and asks me for the recipe. I made it yesterday for my former roomies, that I’m going to visit today πŸ™‚ It’s very simple and a guaranteed success πŸ˜‰

What do you need?

  • Cake mix + anything that needs to be added to it
  • 2 table spoons of cacao powder
  • About 200 grams of chocolate
  • A tin form for the cake

How do you make it?

Heat up the oven on the temperature mentioned on the cake-mix package. Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions on the package, and add about two generous table spoons of cacao powder to the mix. If you like, you can add extra things such as fruits to it. In the picture above, I used raspberries (soooo delicious!). Add this to the tin form and put it into the over according to the instructions on the package.

When you take it out of the oven, let it the cake cool down a bit and remove the tin form. Melt the chocolate au bain marie and add this over the top of the cake… Let it cool down till the chocolate is solid again, and ready is your SUPER DELICIOUS cake!!
