I tried this recipe two weeks ago, with my mom. We all really liked the end-result, so I thought it’d be worth it to share it with you guys. Pasta with lemon is something I actually never tried before, but it is really refreshing. I think it would be especially good in the summer!
What do you need?
Inspired on an Albert Heijn recipe.
- Salami slices
- A lemon
- Whipped cream (not the one from a can)
How do you make it?
Cook water for the pasta. Rasp the shale of the lemon and juice the lemon itself. Cook the whipped cream together with the rasped lemon shale until it almost cooks. Leave it like that for about 8 minutes (you can add some pepper and salt if you like). Heat some oil and add the courgette and sliced salami. When that’s done, you add the whipped cream/lemon mix to it (you can add some of the lemon juice now, if you like). Done, bon appetit!
