Things I love about autumn

 photo leaves_zpsd7dc6de1.jpg

Pumpkin Spice Lattes ❤ shamelessly watching two movies in a row, that I’ve seen a dozen times already, without feeling the pressure to go outside and ‘enjoy’ the weather ❤ reading a book at the local coffee store while drinking a latte ❤ wearing my teddy, big knits, skirts with tighs and my leather pants again ❤ being allowed to take everything ‘with whipped cream’ ❤ painting my nails in my favourite dark red Essie colour ❤ getting soaking wet while biking through the rain and taking a steaming hot shower afterwards ❤ Dutch ‘Sinterklaas’ candies are the best there is in this world ❤ the smell of all the fallen leaves.. ❤ to light scented candles around noon and have them ‘cosy up’ my appartment till midnight 🙂 ❤ hot tea in enormous cups ❤ warm apple cider!! ❤ wearing my heavy winter-ish perfumes again (the one by dolce & gabbana!) ❤ there’s less of a reason to get moody because it’s raining, since this is the only season that is supposed to be flooded with rain – so no more complaints! (I’ll try….) ❤ those evenings that the stores are open (in Holland we still don’t have much of that 24/7 mentality… 😦 ), are much better and more special when it’s dark outside ❤ everyone buying gifts for the holidays ❤ legitimately making enormous wishlists (Santa needs something to CHOOSE from, doesn’t he?! 😉 ) ❤ when I get up and it’s still dark outside, I feel SO BRAVE! Haha. Not that I like it much now, though ❤ buying a book and spend the whole day reading it on the couch, cover to cover ❤

I am really, REALLY trying here, guys 😉 So don’t spoil it by saying you still hate autumn/rain/darkness, I can’t handle that 😉
