This is one of my success-recipes! (I do not own the rights… I once read it somewhere!) And I guarantee you people will be impressed and love it!!

What do you need?Β

  • Rice with nuts in it (notenrijst in Dutch)
  • Mince (gehakt)
  • Corn
  • A red, green and yellow peppers (paprika)
  • 1 Onion
  • tomato sauce

How do you make it?

Cook the meat and rice according to the instructions on the package. Slice the red and yellow peppers in half and remove the insides. Slice the green pepper into cubes. Fruit the cubed onion in some oil for about 3 minutes and then add the green pepper cubes for another 3 minutes. When the rice is done, mix about one third of it with the mince and put it into the yellow and red pepper halves. Add the red sauce to the pan with the onion and green pepper and let it warm up for a couple of minutes. Add the pepper halves to it and have it steam for about 15 minutes by adding the lid to the pan and lowering the gas. Mix the corn with the rest of the rice. When the peppers are warm/hot, serve them with a portion of the rice/corn mix and some of the sauce (with onion and green pepper) on top of it! πŸ™‚ Bon appetit! I swear it’s super delicious!! Happy Sunday, lovelies! x Marle
