My friend made this cake for her 21 dinner a couple of weeks ago, and made everyone fall in love with her cooking skills. If you ever want your friends/family to actually eat this cheesecake though, you better not inform them about its ingredients πŸ™‚ Haha. They’re terrible. But a small bit wouldn’t hurt, and delicious it is for sure πŸ™‚

What do you need?

  • 4 eggs
  • 350 g white caster sugar
  • 250 g Oreo cookies
  • 300 g (extra) pure chocolate
  • 900 g Mon Chou
  • 100 g melted butter
  • Coconut snips or powdered sugar (or whatever you like to put on top of it)

How do you make it?

Preheat the oven on 170 degrees Celcius. Crumble the cookies and mix it with the fluid butter. Put it in the oven for 5 minutes. Melt the chocolate au bain marie, and mix the mon chou, eggs and sugar together. Then mix it with the melted chocolate and put everything on top of the cookies. Put it in the oven for about an hour and let it cool down afterwards πŸ™‚ Then add the decoration of your choice.. I chose for coconut snips to give it a bit of a Christmas-y touch πŸ™‚
